Top Ten FREE Kindle Books

The past few months I have really been trying to stay focused on my goals of being healthier and losing weight. I've changed my diet by replacing certain foods with healthier choices and I'm exercising for 20 minutes AT LEAST 4 times a week. I've also been working on myself as a whole. I want to be a better person. I want to learn to forgive and to help. Have you ever reached a point in your life where  you wonder what your purpose is? Or how you can help others. Well for the past few months, that's been me. I'm looking for inspiration. So recently, I downloaded the kindle app and spent a while going through some of the free lifestyle books that are offered, and I am excited to share some of them.

Top Ten FREE Kindle Books I'm Excited To Read

Falling In Love with Your Life
by: Alicia Castillo Holley

A book about accepting who you are and how you can define a happier you.

I'm anxious to check this book out because it couldn't hurt to accept and appreciate myself as I am a little more. This book promises to help me turn my negative thoughts and perceptions about myself into positive ones. Sometimes inner change means discovering new ways to think about ourselves and, by doing that, we can improve our outer selves as well. This book is full of ideas about how to do that.

If it's free, it's worth checking out, right?

Healthy eating for children
by: Mandy Francis

The 7 year old I babysit is an extremely picky eater and his parents and I are running out of fun snack ideas. Peanut products are not allowed so that rules a lot out.

I'm checking this book out because it might give me some creative ideas about what might be fun to try as far as new foods and school snacks. Maybe, I'll even snag a few great dinner ideas to pass along to you!

Parenting pre-teens
by: Dr. Sabina Dosani

This is a book offering different strategies for raising pre teens.

The reason I want to read this one is because I remember how hard it was when I was going through this transition and because of my 13 year old niece. She's very mature for her age, but I know that the next few years are going to be difficult for her and I'm hoping this book will give me some insight into how I'll be able to help her through this stage of her development.

How To Lose Belly Fat
by: Elizabeth Brown

A short book about getting in shape, trimming some pounds, and my favorite: 'alternatives to weight training'.

I chose to download this one, out of ALL the other weight loss books I saw, not only because it is FREE, but because it has a chapter about how you don't have to lift weights and I'm big on that. Lifting weights has always bothered me and I fear of doing the wrong exercises and getting 'buff'. Come on slimmer me!

How To Lose 10 Pounds - Creative Ways To Melt Fat Quickly And Easily
by: Kayce Mick

This book features tips and tricks to turn your every day routine into a workout.

I am super excited to read this book because I believe 'cutting corners' is possible. There are ways I could be burning more calories while doing the things I'm already doing and this book will show me how. After all, who can resist a chapter titled: 'Sneak More Exercise Into Your Day Without Noticing'?

Selfish or Selfless
by: Eric Watterson

A book about changing a selfish lifestyle. It talks about the differences between being selfish and being selfless and how to determine which side you're on.

I'm hoping this book will help me arrive at a better understanding of the behavior in general and while I know we can all be selfish, I would like to work on tipping the balance over to selfless for a while.

Re-energise your Relationship
by: Dr. Sabine Dosani, Peter Cross

A book providing ideas and strategies for keeping the passion alive.

I chose this book in my top ten because I'm a fan of working on something before it needs to be worked on. I am at a very good spot in my relationship right now and am very happy. It takes a lot of work to maintain a relationship, and I think this book can help keep the excitement and romance alive. Have you seen the Top Ten Reasons I Love Him

I Forgive You
by: Eric M. Watterson

A book about forgiving and why we should always forgive.

This book talking about our beliefs, the way we were brought up, things to consider, and steps we can take to forgive people that didn't mean to hurt you, meant to hurt you, and people that just don't care.

When I saw this book, I jumped at the chance to read it. I am still trying to heal from a tragedy that happened in 2007 and again in 2009. I don't want to spend the rest of my life with hate in my heart, but it is so hard to forgive those who could care less about you. They intended on hurting me, and it worked, I'm still suffering. But I'm hoping this book will help me move on. After all, forgiveness frees up the heart.

Guilt
by: Varant Majarian

This book is about how to dissolve guilt.

This book will assist me on moving forward with my life. It's normal for people to feel guilty and take responsibility for things they had nothing to do with or can't help. I feel guilty about  not trying as hard as I could, not eating right, and when people die, the guilt gets worse. I should  have spent more time with that person.. and so on..  I'm hoping this 3 page book (LOL) will give me some insight and help me to not stress so much about it. No, but seriously, every little bit helps right?

How To Improve Your Stress Management Skills
by: Eckard Kok

A book about improving your skill at dealing with stress as well as eliminating as much stress as possible from your life.

Stress can cause illness, weight gain, exhaustion, and so much more. If I'm trying to be a better person and help others, I'm taking on more responsibility, it's easy to get stressed out, but this book is going to give me some pointers on  how to relax more and go with the flow.
