Melatonin Isn't Working For Me..

Like I said before the Melatonin I started taking to help me sleep was giving me severe abdominal pains, so I absolutely stopped taking those and bought sleepy time tea instead. I heard from many people that it works great but all weekend I didn't get around to trying it.

Instead, I had a nice glass of red wine each night and that seemed to do the trick! I slept like a baby!
Perhaps I'll try the tea tonight, considering it probably isn't a good idea to make wine a habit. hehe
