What better time for a change than when you're feeling down, low and depressed! Sometimes I can tell when I'm not getting enough exercise or when I am not eating as well as I should be because I'll start getting extra emotional and I'm not able to pin point what the problem is. I tell myself that every thing is going to be ok and I make a vow to make some changes for the following day and to stick with them.
I'm the first to admit that I am not always the best at sticking with things, especially exercise, but I will continue to try and strive towards it and maybe if I can stick with it enough, it will become a part of my every day routine anyways. I know this will help how I feel mentally, physically, and the way I sleep and function.You're more than welcome to join me in this challenge! I'm going to wake up in the morning and get this done and use my coffee and computer time as a reward! I will also be doing the same routine until the 1st of February to get me used to the challenge before it gets really involved.
